This week I did one of the keynotes at the Texas Society of Association Executives annual conference in Irving, Texas. I also did a follow up CEO-only session to dive deeper into the specific issues related to returning to the office in this “post-pandemic” landscape. Here’s what I learned:

People are freaking out about their culture.

They don’t know what it is, yet they know that it’s off track, as evidenced by the number of open positions they are struggling with. They’ve been so focused over the last two years on virtual meetings, hybrid meetings, and working from home that they let their culture slide a bit.

So Maddie and I realized we needed to just cut to the chase here and wrote a quick ebook on the Top 5 Culture Problems and How to Solve Them. Download it here. Yes, your culture is unique, but we’ve spotted some very common culture patterns that you just might need to deal with, if you want to keep your best people.

Get it now.

Let me know what you think.
